Does the law of attraction really work? Does saying affirmations over and over again really work? Are you one of the people that feel like they just can’t get it to work for them? Well, don’t feel alone, there are some things that have been implied but not really explained that can keep your hearts desires not coming in like you want them to.

The first key is that you need to get your sub-conscious and your conscious in alignment, for example, if your conscious mind says “I am manifesting a million dollars” and your sub-conscious mind is saying “ya right”, they aren’t in alignment. This is where you re-write your story and re-program your sub-conscious mind to also be in alignment with manifesting a million dollars.

This will take some practice and you have to pay attention to what those thoughts are in the background, when you find that they are telling an old story and it is a negative one, you write down how you want the new story to be and then just keep repeating it until, the new story takes precedence over the old one. About now you are going, wow, that seems like a lot of work; and yes it is, however, it really works and this is one of the reasons that manifesting hasn’t worked like you want it to.

There is a tool that can assist you to make this shift in your thinking and it is Vision Map Videos, they can be about any subject and they are for your eyes only and they help re-program your subconscious mind into seeing, hearing and believing the way you want your story to read. The video can be put on your computer or any of your electronic devices so you can watch the video wherever you and whenever you need to get back on a positive thought pattern. It is usually suggested that you watch the vision map video daily and it is best to watch it every morning and every evening, you do this on a regular basis for 30 days and you will see definite improvement in your manifesting.

The other thing that you will notice is that when your conscious mind and your sub-conscious mind are working together your stress level will become manageable, your days will be more fun, you will have a feeling of empowerment, you will enjoy life more, you will have more energy and everyone around you will be more enjoyable.

Now that you know the missing secret, get busy and take the time to practice these suggestions and see how quickly you can manifest everything that you truly want and need. If you want to create more customers and improve your income, you can use vision map videos to jump start your abundance and as far as that goes it works in any area of your life. This truly is the key to the law of attraction working.

Abundance Can Be Yours!

What does abundance mean to you? Wealth, money, success, love, health, fame? Maybe all of these?

Abundance can be yours. It’s not limited to just a few lucky people whom life appears to have smiled on.

So how do you attract abundance into you life? By finding out what you are doing to prevent yourself from experiencing the successful and joyful life that you so richly deserve. Once you identify the negative thoughts and feelings that block your prosperity you can then methodically eliminate these internal barriers.

Abundance is everywhere. You are surrounded by abundance. An abundance of love, joy, money, and health is readily available to anyone willing to accept them. Any lack in your life is because you are limiting your thoughts and feelings, still maintaining your old self image of what is correct and comfortable for you. What you receive in life is directly controlled by the limits you place on your emotions, behaviors, thoughts and actions.

Where did these internal limits of yours come from? From your early training, from the experiences you had when you were very young. You observed everyone around you, especially your parents, and you learned to think the way they thought and to feel the way they felt. That’s the way you learned to survive in your family, which was the most important task in your life at that time. You now carry inside your mind these same feelings and thoughts regarding wealth, prosperity and abundance.

Fortunately you do not have to accept these limits. Information about attracting wealth and prosperity is freely available in many places, particularly on the web. And the law of attraction says that the more you seek, the more information you will attract. Whatever you focus on will fill your life. Focus on prosperity now, and you will start the process that will lead you into a happier and more fulfilling life.

Abundance in your life is much more than material wealth. It involves everything in your life; your health, your relationships, your general well being. When you understand the principles and laws that govern abundance, you understand that you are not constrained by any external conditions. You can achieve great abundance regardless of what is happening with the economy or your present income, or any of the other circumstances in your life.

Your ability to create wealth, abundance, and financial freedom is based on your understanding of the universal laws that control your ability to turn potential into reality.

There is more to creating abundance than simply thinking the right thoughts and then sitting back to wait for things to get better. You must also give something of value, which means that you add to the well being of other people in the world.

Wealth, money, success, love, and health are all governed by your inner thoughts. This is a form of life energy. Once you understand how to participate in this flow of that energy you can actively create your desired reality. This is something that you learn with practice.

Some people find it helpful, especially in the beginning, to find a teacher to help them with the elimination of their prosperity barriers. This is something you might want to do. You will know instantly when you have found the right teacher for you, as this person will simply appear in your life when the time is ready.

Would You Care for Some Lutefisk With Your Loincloth??

Posted on March 31st, 2010 by admin

Filed under abundance book | No Comments »

For those of you who may have been wondering, this little duck is still alive and kicking (her husband mainly, when he takes the wrong turn.)

Seriously though, we survived Wisconsin without succumbing to the bright (almost fluoro-colored) orange cheese, and we made it through Michigan without Ray Charles taking a pot shot at us.

We are now taking on the state of Minnesota, and when I say that, I really mean, “Ooooh yah, vir going to see vat Minnesoota is all about, eh? Have zum Lutefisk, ja?”

The first thing you notice when you get into the heartland of Minnesota, is that it appears that you have not just changed state, but have arrived somewhere akin to northern Europe. I was literally expecting to run into hordes of Nords and pseudo-fjords when I crossed the border.
The local phone book gives you your first clue, with pages and pages of “Johannsens,” “Erikssons,” “Hendricksdotters,” and “Svauffmauffwussensens.”
(OK, I made that last one up, but I am sure there is someone named that here, and they probably hail from the central Minnesotan town of “Embarrass.”)

The Swedish emigration to the United States came roughly eighteen years after the pilgrims on the Mayflower. However, history has it, that instead of joining the groovy puritans for the feast of Thanksgiving (and subsequent slaughtering of the indigenous), they chose to set up their own strudel shops in some of the Midwest states.

Minnesota is proudly called the “State of 10,000″ Lakes.” It rained pretty much 24/7 during our trip, so I would think it is now called the “State of 10,000 Lakes and probably a few thousand mud puddles as well.”

There are many intriguing and exciting things to see and do in Minnesota. First thing on our list was to seek out the famous “Great Ball of Twine,” situated in the quaint township of Darwin. An inventive lad named Francis Johnson, decided one day, that it might be a novel idea to wrap twine into a ball, so that’s exactly what he did. He wrapped twine four hours a day, for thirty-nine years.

I would suggest that Mr. Johnson must have been smiling on his deathbed, knowing that he had led a very full and productive life.

At any rate, we did manage to find this oversized cat’s toy. It was positioned near the center of the town, in a very stylish gazebo. (’Stylish’ in Darwin, means that it isn’t falling down.) Stationed next to it, was a large sign alerting us to the fact that in honor of the ball, there is a festival every year called “Twine Ball Days.”
This annual event includes lots of dancing, drinking and good food. All of this, to pay tribute to one local man, who simply did not have anything close to resembling a life.

On closer inspection, I happened to note that the “S” on the word “Days” had been physically scratched off, with what looked like a person’s fingernails. I asked a passerby why this was so. She regarded me seriously, and went on to explain that whilst “Twine Ball Days” was a Darwin institution, they were having trouble getting the numbers to warrant a two day affair. Hence, the local groundskeeper was asked to amend it.
It seems that whilst Darwin has an abundance of string, they need to possibly reorder some paint.

Ah well (or I should say Ooooh ja), Minnesota is still a nest of wonder upon wonders.
I was surprised to learn that my Great Aunt Vera had been labeled one of the State’s mascots – The common Loon.
The fact that the good people of Minnesota voted in a 300 pound WorldWide Wrestling champion as Governor, also gave me adequate pause.
Mr. Ventura no longer holds this position, but he is using his experience to further his community services. I have it on good authority, that he now referees local “dwarf throwing” competitions in the booming northern town of “Kum N Go.” (Yes, that is the name of the town.)

The State’s official plant is the “morel mushroom.” Being the avid foodie that I am, I raced out to see if I could find a Minnesota cookbook that showcased these famous fungi. I found the very thing in a local bookstore, near Big Bog National Park.

Curiously titled “Taste of Bog,” I flipped through the hardback and found plenty of recipes using these State-sanctioned spores.
One recipe (given 5 stars by local resident, Mary Svensson) told me to: “Soak mushrooms for 15-30 minutes in hot water. Strain, and then add, along with their soaking liquid, to the pot. Morels give a superb feral essence of loincloth to sauces and stews.”

Hmmmm…

Given the fact that I had no plans on recreating the essence of loincloth, or any other articles of clothing, to flavour a gourmet dinner in the near future, I decided that I could probably do without a little “Taste of Bog.”

If you do happen to visit Minnesota in the future, you have the option of passing on the loincloth, in favour of “Lutefisk.”
Lutefisk is, in short, something you should only offer your guests, if you REALLY do not like them. It consists of dried fish, caustic soda, and possibly something that you could only find at the bottom of your vegetable crisper – after you have been on vacation for three months.

Minnesota is also known for breeding some of the most notable inventors in the country. Masking tape, Wheaties, Green Giant vegetables (as opposed to brown midget vegetables, I suppose), and HMOs, were developed and patented here by some very innovative locals.

I was keen to find this fellow who came up with the idea for HMOs.
Luckily for him, I was not successful, as I was fully armed with masking tape, Wheaties, various Green Giant vegetables, and a plan in mind to show him just how grateful I was for his ingenious idea.

Well, that’s all for now folks. My husband and I have to keep motoring on. Our next stop will certainly be a stimulating experience. I have heard that the local motto is “We are Happy. Always!” This could be very apt indeed, considering that the town’s name is “Climax.”

Dating Etiquette

Posted on March 31st, 2010 by Marion Rose Jones

Filed under Uncategorized | No Comments »

When you go on a date with someone there are specific things you should or should not do and certain ways you should conduct yourself. Of course you want the person to get to know you, so, first off, you oughtn’t attempt to be someone that you are not.

When you go out on a date you should look clean and dress nicely. This will demonstrate to the other person, not only that you bother about your the way you look, but that you also care about what they think about you. After all, If you don’t care about what the other person thinks, then you probably shouldn’t be going out on a date with them in the first place, should you?

This tip really depends on the person you are taking out. It applies more to a man dating a woman, obviously, but some women don’t like having doors opened for them either. You will have to judge it by ear. I think that the best advice I can offer, is that you should remember to open the car doors and all doors for that matter (except the washroom door) for your date, unless you are told or you sense otherwise.

A lot of younger women might say they wouldn’t judge a man by his door-opening behavior, but I think it does form a beneficial part of the overall picture she will be building up of you. However, if the woman you are going out with is an obvious feminist, then you had better let her open the doors for herself – just let her get on with it or it might trouble her. She might also want to pay for her own meal, but that’s not a bad thing is it?

Make sure that you on time. Be there when you say you will be there to pick her up and be ready to pay for the whole date. It may not come to that, she may buy a drink or two, but you can’t count on it, so slip a credit card in your wallet too. Better safe than sorry and you wouldn’t want to have walk home., would you?

So, that brings us conveniently to the next point, which is, don’t take your date somewhere you cannot pay for because you never want to find yourself asking your date for money to cover the bill, unless you don’t aspire to see her again.

Another part of dating etiquette also relates to not making the other person feel as if they are at an interview. It is all too familiar for people on a date to ask too many questions because they want to get to know the other person quickly. However, how would you feel, if you were asked twenty questions between every course or drink? It is well-intentioned, but irritating. It is far better to have, say, five or six interesting, non-personal questions that you can discuss at more length.

If you push them too far, if you get too personal too quickly, you could scare them off. Just try to create a relaxing atmosphere by being considerate and yourself.

Vacation Property For Rent

Posted on March 31st, 2010 by Owen Jones

Filed under Uncategorized | No Comments »

If you are thinking of buying a vacation rental property, there are two things that you can ultimately do with it. Some owners of vacation rental property intend to live in it most of the year round themselves and others intend to rent it out for most of the year. There is no doubt that vacation rental property can present an excellent income stream.

However, there is a vast difference between vacation property rental and residential property rental. This has to do with the fact that holiday makers are not necessarily looking for the same amenities in a vacation rental property as they are in a home.

One thing that does affect the desirability of both vacation rental property and residential property is location. However, a good residential property for a young family may need to be close to schools and other amenities and for older people being near a school is more like a hassle.

Likewise with vacation rental property, you have to know your target niche market. You have to find the answer to the question: why do people come to this location? And then buy a vacation rental property that matches the highest volume profile.

In this way, you will never be short of tenants and you will be sure of high rents too. For example, some people might go to the Caribbean island of St. Croix in the Virgin Islands for the diving options it offers while others may want to investigate the tropical rain forests. However, younger travelers might not want to go far from the only largish town on the island, Christiansted, so that they can take part in any nightlife happening.

One thing that everyone requires is security. The person who hires your vacation rental property will want to feel safe. That is secure from falling masonry and rickety stairs and secure from burglars. That means that your property should be well lit both internally and externally and have well-made doors and locks. Windows should be lockable too.

It is a good idea to present a kitchen like the one a family would normally expect at home. So, an American kitchen with American style appliances for American families, if they are the people you are trying to attract. Again, you will have to study the typical visitors to where you want to buy a vacation rental property. A younger family may eat in at night, an older one may never eat in at all. The kitchen should be well-equipped, furnishings should be comfortable and recreational gear should be provided too.

A great deal of people like to take their dogs with them, so you might want to think about making the vacation rental property friendly for pet owners. If the furniture is robust, massive oak or something like that, dogs will not be able to damage it easily. Plastered walls without wall covering and tiled floors are also conducive to having animals in the house. This is a positively growing niche market for vacation rental properties

And last but not least, remember that people like to be able to keep in touch when they are away from their loved ones, so Internet access is a growing essential too. People can VOIP, so a phone is not so imperative these days. If you bear these points in mind, you can have a profitable vacation rental property where you can holiday free too.

How To Create Autopilot Profits

Posted on March 31st, 2010 by Owen Jones

Filed under Uncategorized | No Comments »

I’ve been an Internet marketer for several years and I run a few different types of online business ventures. However, because I am a sole trader, working alone and necessarily having only a set number of hours per day, my business activities also have their natural limitations. After all, no one can spend 16 hours a day working for weeks and weeks on end and still produce good work, especially if they have family commitments too.

Therefore, the size of an enterprise is limited by the number of people working for it or put another way, by the number of man-hours devoted to it. I suppose that what I’m trying to say is that it’s hard to make a good living when you work by yourself.

And so, with this in mind, I have been looking for methods to automate pieces of my business for quite a long time, although I have already taken several steps in this direction. For example, I have given up writing HTML ‘by hand’ for a long while and bought a super HTML editor, which I may tell you about one day; I moved to a web-hosting company that provides unlimited autoresponders amongst other great features and I hire some fantastic article submission software.

However, that left me with little more time nor money than before, although I was running several times as many websites as before and still doing it all on my own. I knew that there was obviously something I was missing, but I didn’t know what it was.

Then, one day, while surfing, I came across an article on the Internet and it sort of made sense, no cataclysmic flash or anything like of that sort, but a slow dawning over the next few hours that the article was talking about something like I wanted it to be.

To cut a long story short, I bought the ebook and have followed its advice since then without regret. I now work about the same number of hours as before, but I run ten times as many websites and the money is much better.

How come? Well, the fact is that this ebook showed me how to interlock all the processes of promoting and developing websites, so that they can take care of themselves for greater lengths of time. The time I used to waste on tinkering with websites and SEO to correct minor errors or things I’d omitted, I now put into new websites.

Nowadays, my websites, once they have been set up, require very little maintenance, which means that I can do something else with the extra time. I choose to work, but others may choose to take the time off. It’s very difficult to think of a better deal.

This fascinating ebook on automating your profits will give you at least a day out of five off and maybe even more and that makes it worth looking into on its own right. The ebook is fully guaranteed for 90 days, with a full money-back guarantee, so you have nothing to lose. However, I promise you that you will learn how to put your Internet business profits on autopilot and learn how to use your time more usefully.

Are you in Internet marketing? If so, you need to publish articles, so you need to check out this site Internet marketing This article, How To Create Autopilot Profits is released under a creative commons attribution licence.

Consider Astrive Student Loans

Posted on March 31st, 2010 by Pauline Davies

Filed under Uncategorized | No Comments »

If you are in need of supplemental money to help cover the cost of university, Astrive student loans may be what you need in order to get the extra financing you require. Astrive student loans are actually private loans that were established to help cover the costs of schooling that are not paid for by the standard federally funded financial aid packages.

There are several ways that you can acquire Astrive student loans. Firstly, you can apply by yourself. In order to do this, you need to have an extremely good credit history that has matured for at least 26 months. This is typically difficult for teens to meet, so the majority of people making use of Astrive student loans apply through a co-signer.

A co-signer is someone with a good credit rating who is prepared to vouch for you and take responsibility for your student loan. A co-signer must meet a certain list of requirements in order to be eligible.

There are several requirements that you will need to meet in order to be eligible for Astrive student loans. First, you must already know which college you are going to attend. This is important, as Astrive must contact the school and acquire information on the loan process for that specific school. In addition to that, they will verify that you will be going to that school, and set up the process of fund transfers from Astrive to the college.

Astrive student loans function in a very similar way to how federally funded loans do. There is the same six month grace period associated with federal funding and a very similar application process. However, unlike federal funding, Astrive student loans are not bound by the same limitations that federal funds are.

Also, federal funding only permits a certain amount per applicant, while Astrive student loans are more flexible. If your credit rating and history, as well as that of your co-signer, support a higher limit, you can receive the amount that you require. This is very useful for those students who are enrolled in famous higher education centers, as these colleges are typically a great deal more expensive.

Just like with most financial centers, but unlike federal funding, Astrive student loans applications can be rejected for any reason they like. The reasons can range from economic downturns to the possibility that you may not repay the loan. The higher the risk you are, the more chance there is that your application will not be approved.

If you are interested in Astrive student loans, please go to our website, which has lots more information on Student Loans You can get a unique content version of this article from the Uber Article Directory.

How Do Dogs Speak?

Posted on March 30th, 2010 by Owen Jones

Filed under Uncategorized | No Comments »

Dogs are just about the most intelligent of household pets. If you take the time to look, you will see that they have the ability to communicate with humans, other dogs and even other species. They do this with body language and voice. Their signs are made with the their eyes, ears, eyebrows, head, mouth and tail.

Their voice is clearly not the same as ours, but they use pitch in their barks, whines, whimpers, pants, growls and howls and their gestures are made with their entire body and every element of it.

You can always differentiate a confident and therefore higher ranking dog, because they hold their tails aloft. Dogs, like all other animals, including we humans, have an inborn sense or their position in society. This is because dogs evolved in packs in the wild, just as we evolved in villages. which is why they integrate well into our human society.

There is a pecking order within their group, as within human society. The weaker dogs submit themselves to the stronger dogs, which is why dogs lower their tail when they feel unsure of themselves. When dogs fight for dominance, the fur on their tails stands up and they have this trait in common with other animals. They do it to show that they are being serious in front of their adversary.

A dog that is uncertain what to do will wag its tail slowly. A bit like you or I might give a weak smile, unsure whether to smile openly or glower. They are in a process of working out whether they should accept the status quo or fight. Excited dogs wag their tails very fast and if the dog’s hip wiggles along with its tail, it means that the dog is in submissive mode to a higher ranker. A pet should do that to its owner, as you have become the leader of its substitute pack.

When dogs become aggressive they show their teeth, the same as humans. If all of the teeth are visible, it indicates that the dog is prepared to bite or attack. We do the same unconsciously. People often bare their teeth and snarl insults, before a fight. However, they also show teeth when they smile but this is an indication of compliance, again as we do – submissiveness here meaning a recognition that a fight is superfluous.

With a dog, the number of teeth on display differentiates between a smile and a snarl. In a smile, a dog only shows the front teeth, but in a snarl the dog shows all his teeth and gums and makes an aggressive sound.

Ears are a good indication of the dog’s level of attention. When the ears are erect and forward facing, it means that the dog is concentrating. But if the dog is stress-free, its ears will lie flat. However, some breeds do not have as much control over their ears.

Dogs bark to protect their territory, which comes to mean their boss’ territory, which should signify your property. However, barking is their usual language so you will have to learn the difference between friendly play barking and aggression in your dog. It is pretty apparent though.

Study of your pet is the key, because, although all dogs are the same as in all humans are the same, there are small differences. They are not hard to learn, just spend some time with you dog and keep your mind open and it will become very obvious to you.

What Is A Celtic Wedding?

Posted on March 30th, 2010 by Owen Jones

Filed under Uncategorized | No Comments »

Celtic wedding are an perfect way of showing your being a Celt. It is also a way of incorporating traditional values, symbols, themes and customs into major events in your life. However, Celtic wedding are hugely popular not only among people with a Celtic tradition, but among other couples who are taken by the ancient Celtic culture.

Celtic wedding have traditional symbolic motifs, often based on the Celtic knot. Welsh, Irish and Scottish families will sometimes marry in ancient buildings like castles or old manors, but that is not the norm. A traditional Celtic wedding is not significantly different from a normal British wedding in many ways.

However, the number of similarities between Celtic wedding ceremony traditions and normal British-style weddings goes a lot further than that. If you want a traditional British style wedding, you will be going unwittingly for a Celtic wedding. But you can beef up the Celtic element of the wedding ritual even further without sinking into silly theatrics.

This is a traditional Celtic poem about when to marry:

Marry when the year is new, Always loving, kind and true.

When February birds do mate, You may wed, nor dread your fate.

If you wed when March winds blow, Joy and sorrow both you’ll know.

Marry in April when you can, Joy for maiden and for man.

Marry in the month of May, You will surely rue the day.

Marry when June roses blow, Over land and sea you’ll go.

They who in July do wed, Must labour always for their bread.

Whoever wed in August be, Many a change are sure to see.

Marry in September’s shine, Your living will be rich and fine.

If in October you do marry, Love will come but riches tarry.

If you wed in bleak November, Only joy will come, remember.

When December’s showers fall fast, Marry and true love will last.

Here are a few other traditions:

Loving Cup: The traditional cup is a two-handled bowl with Celtic designs etched onto it. The idea of the Loving Cup ceremony is for the bride and groom to share their first drink together as husband and wife and to demonstrate the coming together of their two families.

The Bell of Truce: A bell is blessed and then presented to the bride and groom. The couple is required to ring the bell, while thinking tender thoughts of each other. The bell is then kept at home as a reminder of the wedding day. If an argument arises, the bell can be rung by either the husband or wife to call a truce. The tinkling sound is meant to remind the couple of their wedding vows and to help them recall happy memories from their wedding day.

Handfasting: Early Celts used to ?tie the knot?. It dates back to a pre-Christian custom of literally tying a couple’s wrists together in a form of probationary marriage lasting a year and a day, at the end of which a new agreement was made or the couple parted ways.

Bride’s Bouquet: In Celtic wedding traditions brides carried herbs beneath their veils to signify fidelity, and spices to ward off evil spirits.

Ring finger: Ancient Celts thought that there was a vein in the third finger of the left hand that ran directly to the heart, so ring placed on that finger demonstrated a strong love and vow to the other.

Wedding cake: A thin loaf was broken over the bride’s head at the end of the service to indicate fertility. The wheat from which it was made symbolized fertility and the guests enthusiastically picked up the pieces for good luck charms.

It was also common for the Celtic groom to toss a handful of coins into the crowd after the wedding, in the hope that this would bring them luck in the years ahead.
